AFM Sponsors Food Bank Fundraiser

Associates and Family Medicine is proud to sponsor the 24th Annual Tuna Fish and Peanut Butter Concert. The concert is a benefit for the Weld Food Bank and the Food Bank for Larimer County. It takes place on Friday, August 27th at 6:30 p.m. at the Hammond Amphitheater at North Lake in Loveland.

Fresh from appearances at the Denver Lilith Fair concert, where they shared the stage with Sarah McLachlan and Emmylou Harris, and an e-Town taping, Fort Collins’ up and coming recording artists SHEL will provide the music.

Suggested admission is a cash donation to the Food Banks—every dollar you contribute will help provide 4 meals for families in need here in Northern Colorado! Bags of non-perishable food items will also be accepted.

Top Ten – Non-Perishable Items Most Needed for Food Banks

• Canned Dinners (Chili, Stew, etc)
• Canned meat (tuna fish)
• Peanut Butter
• Canned Tomatoes
• Canned Fruit or vegetables

Cereal

• Fruit Juice (no glass bottles please)
• Beans
• Rice
• Pasta/ Macaroni and Cheese
