Katje L. Musgrave, D.O.

Katje L. Musgrave, D.O. grew up in Wichita Falls, Texas, before attending college at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where she played soccer and received her B.S. in Exercise Science. She received her D.O. degree from the University of New England, and completed a dually-accredited AOA/AMA residency program at Maine-Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency in Augusta & Waterville, Maine. She then completed a fellowship in osteopathic manipulation (a.k.a. neuromusculoskeletal & osteopathic manipulative medicine, or NMM/OMM) in Muskegon, Michigan, and is board-certified in both Family Practice and NMM/OMM. After practicing for 2 years in Santa Fe, New Mexico, she joined Associates in Family Medicine in January 2014.

Her practice includes full spectrum family medicine with special interests in obstetrics, pediatrics, and osteopathic manipulation. She tries to use alternative approaches in healthcare whenever possible.

Dr. Musgrave is happily married to another physician-soccer player, and they have one daughter. She and her family enjoy anything outdoors, long distance running, cooking, traveling abroad, and – of course – soccer. They are ecstatic about exploring Colorado & happy to call it their home after living in almost every other region of the United States!
