Vickie M. Silvas, PA-C

Vickie Silvas, PA-C, joined Associates in Family Medicine in October 2013. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences at Texas A&M University in 1996, and a Masters of Education from the University of Incarnate Word in San Antonio, TX in 2001.

After teaching high school biology for five years she went on to pursue a career in medicine, graduating from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 2007. She and her husband then moved to Fort Collins so he could complete his PhD at CSU. They now call Fort Collins home and enjoy the great outdoors including hiking, biking, horseback riding and playing tennis.

She has a dog, a cat and two horses who also keep her busy. Vickie likes to incorporate education and preventative medicine into her practice and takes care of all age groups with a wide variety of problems. She is also available for routine physical examinations, athletic physicals and well child care.
