Todd Heron, PA-C
Todd Heron PA-C, grew up on the North Shore of Lake Tahoe, California. He attended California State University of Chico where, in 2002, he acquired his BS in Exercise Physiology. In 2003, he and his wife moved to Ft. Collins where he worked as a phlebotomist for Poudre Valley Hospital for five years. While working for the PVH lab he opened up a joint collaboration with the Heart Center of the Rockies’ Coumadin clinic and Associates in Family Medicine by placing phlebotomists in each office. This was when he first started working with the AFM family. In 2009 he was accepted in to the Master’s degree program for Physician Assistant at Pacific University in Oregon and graduated in 2011. This program included extensive travels all over the U.S. as well as an international rotation in Honduras. At the end of 2011, he rejoined the AFM crew as a PA, where he provides help to each of the offices including Urgent Care.
Todd and his wife enjoy backpacking throughout the United States as well as overseas and are very thankful to reside in Colorado. They love Colorado’s many outdoor sports including rock and ice climbing, climbing 14ers, skiing, and biking with their dog while they let the cat run the house.
